Pastured Poultry

Eggs from the Pasture, Not the Factory.

Our pastured poultry are raised the way nature intended — with plenty of space to roam, forage, and thrive on open pasture. Every day, our birds enjoy fresh air, green grass, and sunshine, scratching for bugs and seeds as they move across the land. Eggs are $8 per dozen when available. We care for our flock and our land with the same thoughtful attention we bring to the rest of our family farm.

Laid in the pasture, gathered by hand.

Eggs the way they’re meant to be.

At Bloom & Brisket Ranch, our hens roam open pasture, soak up the sun, and forage on grass, seeds, and insects. Their eggs come straight from our farm to your table when available.

Diet, forage, season, and flock all influence an egg’s nutritional profile. We do not make specific nutrition claims about our eggs, but we are proud to give our hens room to express their natural behaviors outdoors.

Every carton reflects the day-to-day care of our flock and the changing rhythm of the season.

Why Our Hens Live on Pasture

Room to Roam

Our hens have space to scratch, forage, rest, and move through pasture as part of their daily routine.

A Varied Day

Alongside their regular feed, the hens spend time outside with access to grass, seeds, insects, fresh air, and sunshine.

What Research Says

Studies suggest that pasture access and diet can influence yolk color and fatty-acid profiles, but results vary by feed, season, and flock. Read a pasture-raised egg study and a study of seasonal variation.
